Matt Rich
Owner, Matt Rich, believes that providing superior service, treating people with respect, focusing on customer care and offering fair pricing is the blueprint for success in any business.
With those values, it is no wonder that Paradise Service Technologies has become one of South Florida’s most successful full service plumbing and air conditioning companies.
The American Work Ethic Is Not Dead
Work hard, do your best, be fair and you’ll succeed at whatever you try. Matt is a walking example of that work ethic advice. Matt graduated from high school in Queens, NY and immediately enrolled in a trade school while apprenticing part time with a plumber.
A short time later his family moved to Florida where Matt wrangled a slot in a Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union program which involved an apprenticeship and attending trade school two nights a week.
Employed for over 10 years by Nagelbush Mechanical, Inc., one of the largest specialty contractors in Florida, Matt worked his way up the business and found himself supervising multiple plumbing and HVAC projects for the company.
A Business is Born
In 1987 Matt made the leap from employee to owner. Having acquired his Master Plumber license he applied for a business license and launched Paradise Service Technologies.
Matt’s belief in himself and his creed of delivering professional work at fair prices allowed him to build a business of both residential and commercial customers.
Under Matt’s guidance the business expanded services and service areas and has become a go-to plumbing and air conditioning resource.
Pride in the Profession
Matt takes a personal interest in introducing young people to the plumbing trade and currently has an apprenticeship program training a few young men in the business. Part of that training includes understanding that work ethic and attitude are just as important to succeeding as plumbing skills.
Matt is married, has four children, is active in his community and like a good Floridian enjoys fishing, diving and boating.
Kim Ford
My name is Kim. I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. I moved to south Florida on my own in the mid 80’s with dreams of better opportunities. I started off waitressing for the first few years. I met my best friend in 1986; we got married in 1989 and are still together after 26yrs. We enjoy traveling to different places, entertaining friends with game nights, or attending festivals & concerts. We also enjoy going joy riding on our motorcycle either alone or in groups. We have 1 beautiful daughter in high school. She’s the light of our life!
I found my calling in the plumbing service business in 1990 and have been a dispatcher ever since. When I started with Paradise 17.5yrs ago, it was a small company, the owner, 3 plumbers, 2 laborers and I in a tiny little single bay warehouse office. We now have 10 people in the office and approx 30 techs in the plumbing & a/c divisions. This is a company I believe in and feel like I was a part of helping it grow so successfully due to my perseverance and dedication. I am a people pleaser and attempt to do everything possible to help our customers feel like they are part of “our family” and not just a “number”. With god’s grace, I hope to be part of this family for many more years to come!!
Sabrina Centrone
Hi, I’m Sabrina, I was born in Houston, Texas. My family moved to South Florida when I was 7 years old. I met my husband in early 2001, through mutual friends. We have been married for 17 years, and we have 2 wonderful children. In my spare time I enjoy Crossfit training, social events, and hanging out with friends and family.
I’ve been a part of the Paradise family for 4 years. My position is a customer service representative for the plumbing division. I enjoy talking to all the customers, and helping solve all their plumbing needs. My nickname is the social butterfly, and I always have a smile on my face. I organize the annual Paradise family picnic and other gatherings throughout the year.

Bob Pszegon
Bob Pszegon (Say-gon) joined Paradise Service Technologies in July of 2013, after a 31-year tenure at an A/C Company in Pompano. He held Multiple Management positions there and is using his prior experience in A/C Contract Sales to grow both the commercial and residential side of the A/C division. He also wants to use that experience by talking to A/C customers about the benefits of the Plumbing Division. Working at Paradise for close to (2) years has opened his eyes to the world of Plumbing and wants to communicate that message to Paradise A/C customers. Paradise Service technologies has given Bob the opportunity to talk to his previous contacts and develop new contacts about the benefits of using Paradise’s Plumbing Department for their residential or commercial needs. Bob has enjoyed going on the road to meet existing Paradise Plumbing Clients and to hear how pleased they are with our service and at the same time, introducing them to the A/C division.

Hulda Stabile
She likes to claim the title of ‘the old lady’ (but she is young at heart). Her grandchildren and great grandchildren call her GG MA (Great Grandma). She was born and raised in New York City and still calls it her home town. When she returned from a recent trip to NY, she said “ I think I left my heart in New York, but I am happy to say my body will always be in Florida” – no more looking for parking, paying big bucks to travel the highways and most of all, no shoveling snow and ice from my driveway.” She says she is sorry that most of her trips to NY in recent years have not been on happy occasions, but she gets to spend time with her brothers and sisters.
Together with her husband of 35 years they raised four children. They located to Florida to be with their oldest daughter and granddaughter. She is hoping to be a great grandma soon.
She has a very diversified background –she was a buyer for the hardline division of a large magazine company, managed 5 hi rise buildings in the heart of NYC and was an editorial assistant for a company that taught all about IRAs when they first came out. She lived in the US Virgin Islands for 7yrs with her husband and youngest son, then 7 yrs old. Bob managed a gourmet deli and she worked for Caneel Bay on St. John as asst to the Food and Beverage Manager and later as asst to the housekeeping manager. She returned to Florida with her son when her husband passed away. Once again in Florida, she continued her diversified background…working for an accounting/tax firm, a daycare center and selling fireworks on her off time, which she loves and is still involved with, as her daughter is owner/operator of The Fireworks Lady. That brings us to Paradise Plumbing and Air Conditioning, a new venture. You will find her in the accounting and collections division (hopefully, not in the collections division). She doesn’t plan to retire anytime soon and she says being busy keeps you going.
