A technician came to my house and quickly told me what the problem was and gave me a price. The price was cheaper than every other plumber that was here. I told him to do the work expecting halfway through the job that sudden extra part that was needed and additional cost but that never happened. The price he quoted me was the final price. I was amazed at how professional and he even cleaned up after he was finished.

On Tuesday, November 11, my wife and I arrived to our Ft. Lauderdale address to find Paradise Plumbing, Barry specifically, was making repair. Water was flowing, ceiling cut open, a total mess. We were not aware of any of this so you can imagine the shock! Barry, calmly introduce himself, described what happened and what needed to be done. When asked about the mess he calmly told us that he wouldn’t leave his mother’s home in this state and he would take care of it. He did and were pleased. His workmanship, calm personality in a moment of obvious stress, and his willingness to please should be recognized Margot and I request that ownership share this with Barry so that he is aware that his work is appreciated. In addition, Chuck DelCielo, has been courteous and very efficient in setting an appointment to have Barry return and install a kitchen sink/faucet. We respectfully request that he also be recognized.

I utilized Paradise Plumbing for a variety of home improvement projects. Kim, a member of the office staff, was extremely patient in scheduling my services to accommodate both my schedule and that of the workers on my project. She was kind and professional at all times.

Came out fast and got system up ASAP for event I was having on a Saturday, then came back after real parts were available and fixed system on time . Great to find someplace with old time service!!

I have been using paradise for years and have always experienced top notch service. Thier plumbers are knowledgable and they go the extra mile to help, and clean up making sure everything is the way it should be. My last servuce call we thought was a simple clog but we ended up needing a new toilet and the plumber met us at Home Depot with his truck to help us bring the new toilet back.
