On Tuesday, November 11, my wife and I arrived to our Ft. Lauderdale address to find Paradise Plumbing, Barry specifically, was making repair. Water was flowing, ceiling cut open, a total mess. We were not aware of any of this so you can imagine the shock! Barry, calmly introduce himself, described what happened and what needed to be done. When asked about the mess he calmly told us that he wouldn't leave his mother's home in this state and he would take care of it. He did and were pleased. His workmanship, calm personality in a moment of obvious stress, and his willingness to please should be recognized Margot and I request that ownership share this with Barry so that he is aware that his work is appreciated. In addition, Chuck DelCielo, has been courteous and very efficient in setting an appointment to have Barry return and install a kitchen sink/faucet. We respectfully request that he also be recognized.
